Nose: Sweet figs and toffee, infused with subtle allspice and white pepper, all of which combine perfectly to give a fully rounded and balanced aroma. Taste: Contrasting bursts of sweet dates and crisp, freshly-picked herbs, dusted with nutmeg, giving a tremendous depth of character. Soft sweet barley, touches of orange marmalade and toasted-oak spices enliven the long, slightly earthy finish. |
