A shovelful of single malts distilled at Ardbeg, Coal Ila, Bowmore and Port Ellen bottled unchillfiltered.Winner 'Scotch Vatted Malt of the Year' 2011 in Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible™ (96 points). Blended Malt Scotch Whisky Blended Malt is a mixture of two or more Single Malt Scotch Whiskies which have been distilled at more than one distillery. Because Scotland’s whisky blenders are able to standardise the colour, strength and taste in their blends their customers are assured of consistency in a product which may be marketed over a number of years.
