There are 200 numbered bottles of this first batch of Tobermory from That Boutique-y Whisky Company which is brought to us by the chaps at Master Of Malt.
As the BBC kids programme ‘Balamory’ is filmed in Tobemory, this was an obvious choice to feature on the comic book-style label that has become so iconic of That Boutique-y Whisky Company’s releases.
‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles Scotch Single Malt Whiskies from a variety of renowned distilleries and this fine batch from Tobemory is no exception.
Tasting Notes

Nose: Peppery but with a hint of sweetness.
Palate: Initially very sweet, almost fruit cake mix but this gives way quite quickly to sweet pepper. Finish: A long, fiery finish tempered with a trace of sugar. Overall: Yum! A very tasty malt and a fine first release. I hope there will be many more! |
