This full bodied single malt has coastal peak smoke notes which are perfectly balanced with winter spices and orchard fruits. NOSE: Aromas of roasted malt barley, fused together perfectly with the sweetness of black treacle, fresh green apples and ripened pears. PALATE: Traditional festive spices of cinnamon, nutmeg and all-spice deliver a gentle warmth which is beautifully complimented by the sweetness of dried figs, ripened gooseberries and raisins. FINISH: Full bodied, with coastal peat smoke notes which are perfectly balanced alongside a sweet and spicy finish. |
