Edencrofts have sent me details of their next Gourmet Dinner which is to be held on Friday 30th November (tickets are £75 each.)

A slight deviation from the usual malts, the tipple on the menu this time is a selection of Rothschild Wines.

The Rothschild Family of Wines – Gourmet Dinner

The Edencroft Fine Wines Gourmet Evenings at Willington Hall are something of an institution.

An evening of conviviality and a chance to try an eclectic range of fine wines chosen by our guest host. Each wine is then matched with and complemented by Willington Hall’s executive chef Dominic Ash’s excellent cuisine.

The next Gourmet Dinner of 2012 will be held on Friday 30th November. Dominic, along with Stephen Lane (who will be conducting the evening) have devised a mouth-watering menu (listed below) and each course has been crafted to highlight the qualities of each of the accompanying Rothschild Family of wines, to produce a wonderful fusion of flavours.
