Nose: Rich honey, malt and creamy vanilla abounds, all laced with marzipan. Very appetising! There’s some slight woodiness in there as well. Palate: Luscious mouthfeel, lovely honey and vanilla creaminess. Finish: Sweet, spicy finish – long and well blended. Overall: Hats off to Abbey Whisky for this – an excellent dram with some great flavours – all packaged up in whisky that packs a bit of a hit, strength wise. |
Many thanks to Abbey Whisky (@AbbeyWhisky) for sending the samples!
