Whyte & Mackay has been awarded the International Wine and Spirit Competition Trophy for ‘United Kingdom Spirits Producer of the Year’. Having picked up a plethora of gold medals for its portfolio of brands including The Dalmore and Jura, as well as a range of its private label products, the company was subsequently put forward for, and won, the overarching trophy UK Spirits Producer of the Year category.
The IWSC is one of the most respected competitions in the world and is judged by a panel of industry experts. To be awarded with so many medals for our brands, which has culminated in us winning the United Kingdom Sprits Producer of the Year Trophy, is a real testament to our commitment to the quality and prestige of our products.
This accolade symbolises the dedication, integrity and passion that each person at Whyte & Mackay applies to their work on a day to day basis. The award was presented on Thursday 26th November, at the annual International Wine & Spirit Competition Banquet held at Guildhall in London. Founded in 1969, the IWSC is considered to be the most prestigious competition of its kind in the world.
