Elijah Craig / 12-Year-Old Small Batch Bourbon
Named after the Rev. Elijah Craig 12-Year-Old this is a true Small Batch Premium Bourbon, and had the distinction before the term even existed. Bottled exclusively from a dumping of hand selected casks, the brand carries the name of the Rev.
Tasting Notes: Notes of toasty oak, toffee, spicy stewed fruits, a touch of resin and a lovely crème anglaise character. Palate: Full and sublimely smooth with notes if stewed Bramley apples, malmsey, a touch of aniseed and a hint of spice. Finish: Good length with toasty oak notes and a creamy sweetness.

Hancock's / President's Reserve Single Barrel Bourbon
Hancock's President's Reserve is a classic high rye content premium bourbon and one of the original barrel bourbons introduced by Master Distiller Emeritus who spent more than 50 years handcrafting Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey at the same distillery site that today is known as the Buffalo Trace Distillery.
Tasting Notes: This Single Barrel Bourbon is deep amber in colour, the nose is light and sweet, with traces of mango and papaya. The body is full and the palate shows a nice, if simple balance of honey and clover. A slight fruitiness and a dash of spices.

William Larue Weller / 12-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
The Original Wheated Bourbon Whiskey features an exceptionally smooth taste, substituting wheat for rye grain. Bottled at 90 proof, this bourbon stands out with its burnt orange colour. Its softer flavour notes make this bourbon great for sipping or making cocktails.
Tasting Notes: A sweet nose with a presence of caramel. Tasting notes of honey, butterscotch, and a soft woodiness. It's smooth, delicate and calm. Features a smooth finish with a sweet honeysuckle flair.

Rye Whiskey that dates back to the 1800’s, around the time when saloons, veiled as Coffee Houses, began lining the streets of New Orleans. It was at the Sazerac Coffee House on Royal Street where local patrons were served toddies made with Rye Whiskey and Peychaud’s Bitters. The libation became known as the “Sazerac” and America’s first branded cocktail was born. This is the whiskey that started it all. Unique Features: With its distinctive bottle reminiscent of early settlers and “coffeehouses,” it’s easy to see how the Sazerac Whisky became a staple in the creation of one of America’s oldest cocktails.
