Neil Ridley and Joel Harrison, World’s Best Spirits, have worked with Glen Moray to create these two stunning cocktails which are impressive and so easy to make:
Glen Moray’s Elgin Classic Old Fashioned – “Our take on the Classic”
In a rocks glass, muddle one white sugar cube, 3 dashes of Angostura bitters and 1 teaspoon of water until smooth.
Add more cubed ice and pour over 50ml Glen Moray Elgin Classic Single Malt Whisky.
Continue to stir, diluting the drink, adding more ice, until the sugar has fully dissolved and your cocktail is perfectly balanced.
Garnish with a twist of orange zest expressed over the glass and two cocktail cherries
Glen Moray’s Port Cask Finish Old Fashioned
In a mixing glass, add 15ml Earl Grey syrup (mixture of 2:1 brown sugar and strong Earl Grey tea – brewed and chilled down then reheated in a pan with the sugar until it has dissolved),
