For the first time ever, this Small Batch bottling of Big Peat has been finished in Sherry Butts. Nose: Stewed fruit and spice mingle with smoked bacon, a smoldering fire and charred wood. Palate: More smoke – bonfire ash and sweet leather developing to dark chocolate and tobacco. Finish: Long with dark fruits (plums), cocoa, spices and a warming earthy character. |
