After initially maturing in traditional oak casks over a number of years, the spirit has been finished in a hand-selected Tawny Port Single Cask from the Douro Valley in northern Portugal.

TASTING NOTES: On the nose, expect fresh, juicy pears and a red wine warmth. The palate delivers an exceptional mouth feel, bursting with waves of chocolate balanced with crisp green apples and lingering notes of sweet almonds on the finish.
