But it's not actually a bourbon at all, this is an 'Old-style American whiskey. In plain English, it can't be called Bourbon because it is aged in re-used oak barrels, whereas to be called Bourbon a whiskey must be aged in new barrels. So this is pretty interesting stuff. |
